Tortus is a clinical AI partner for NHS systems that captures speaker-diarised consultation audio, automatically generates structured clinical documentation with suggested codes, verifies accuracy against the audio via a proprietary safety system, and integrates results into electronic health records after clinician approval.

Shell clinical safety verification
Proprietary Detect-Edit-Verify system that checks every statement against the consultation audio and removes unsupported content (hallucinations) before a clinician sees the note.
